It’s been almost 12 days since i have registered for my new fiber connection from Airtel on 2nd od October. within an hour of registration they sent a guy name niyaz to my house for kyc and charged me rs 1768 for the connection. After successful payment within same day one more guy came for wiring at my house. I opened for a fiber connection but they forcefully gave me a wrong connection. Next day on 3rd October i called the sale executive name neelam but she keep refusing my calls, after trying several calls on contumer care number they said we will generate your refund within 7 days. Next day again a guy called me from airtel he said you have to send an email to get your refund back and it will take max 3 days.. since then i have literally sent 15 emails so far even tweeted on twitter regarding my refund, they keep telling me it’s under process again n again by giving fake commitments… First they failed to provide me the right services and now they are not generating my refund of rs1768 . This is really frustrating and mentally torturing. Bo one picks up my calls, they keep telling me next 3 days next 3 days again and again. Even customer care person said that we can’t help you yesterday.. this is highly disappointing.
