I booked for my interiors in livespace by paying 40,000rupees ..but after advance payment my price for interiors has been overcharged by more than double…before payment of advance they assured me that advance will be returned back if not interested but after payment of 40,000 rupees as advance livespace hitech city branch staff are neither responding to my phone calls and inretun blocked me and I even literally pleaded them to take 5000 as their charge and either refund 35000 remaining advance or replace my advance with equally worth furniture…the reply in return by livespace company is not to call or message their sales and designer staff,and in return threatened me that they will file a complaint against me …..it’s been more than 1 month….worst experience looting money of innocent customers by manipulative assurance and then increasing the price 3 times after payment of advance ,i pleaded them to atleast replace that money with equal worth items but insecure they refused and further arrogantly told to purchase by making payment 1 lakh worth inorder to use my advance money or else that advance money will be absorbed by them….
I hereby request livespace humbly to return back my advance of 40,000 and not to cheat customers in this way after taking advance…..please kindly return back my money…
