i booked an ola s1 pro Gen2 on 23 Dec’23. (Order ID: OET-053370918071223-HXZ848 & Grievance Compliant No.384907677) it was said that it will be delivered on 6 jan’24 . but when i reached the showroom they keep on telling me some stories each time. Hence asked dealer to cancel & refund my amount. he asked me to send a mail to customer support which is not getting any response.
