I booked a air ticket following PNR -HETNNE-Go Air through patym on 23 rd of march 2020.Due to pandemic flight get rescheduled and after flight service get cancelled and Go air already informed me that your ticket amount already refunded.I informed to patym regarding this and they told me that due to some payment gateway issues your refund was rejected. Then they ask me to share bank account details to send money directly to my account. It happens around 3 weeks before but still not money credited to my account and no response from the patym end.
