Sir as I have recharge 2400 amount on 20th February 2022 from my sbi bank account to paytm wallet for fastag toll & then it was recharged via paytm payment bank directly to my vehicle no. But the recharge amount I can’t be able to utilize it & it’s also not showing any rechargable amount in my account as while passing through toll I have to pay again & cross it.
So I want to know where did my money go when I hv recharge it but still after many complaints my issue hasn’t been resolved..kindly pay attention as I have been feeling cheated from last 4 months .as my money is stuck somewhere & I can’t be able to utilize it .
Please do resolve it as this is my last hope from your company. As I have been an user of paytm since long but never ever face this issue.
