My name is Govinda Jemalappa Lamani, and my bank account number is 01862010018973. Untill 5th December, 2023, approximately Rs.10,244/- was deducted from my account under the name of ECS CTRAZORPAY. The loan amount was provided by (DMI FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED), and the repayment for that loan (Loan Account Number: DMI0027410375) was completed on June 05, 2023. I have attached the N.O.C. (No Objection Certificate). Please take a look and let me know why the amount is being deducted repeatedly by ECS CTRAZORPAY. Furthermore, 18th April 2024, I have received Whats App No.9538817401 messages by Demanding of Money representative through DIM Finance Private Limited and threatening to file a Private Complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 against Me, as I was took loan on 7th October 2022 for the purpose of purchase of the Samsung Mobile A22 5G 8/128 Gray from DIM Finance Private Limited. Therefore under these circumstance calling upon you to refund my money which was exceedingly deducted without any due and payable by me. If you fail to refund above said money with interest I will initiate case against you (Bank) before competent court of law.
