On 30_Jan2022, I booked a car from zoomcar and the timing was 09:30a.m to 05:30p.m but the car was not delivered to me and my payments got debited from my account. And after calling several times to zoomcar customer care, they are telling that a call back from refund team will come within 24hours but till now no callback came and not got the refund also. I need back Rs993 which i have paid for unused service from ZOOMCAR !
