i had booked ticket on 23/06/2021 for Nagpur-Chennai, Chennai-Nagpur. Date of journey was 27/06/2021. I got a msg regarding flight being cancelled from pune to chennai and requested to reschedule. I rescheduled the flight on 28/06/2021. Again i got a msg of flight being cancelled from pune to chennai. This happpened twice. I did not want to take a risk at the time of corona so i requested them to cancel the whole journey to and fro. Did the whole process of cancellation. I had booked flight with refund option. This was on 29/06/2021. ITs already one month and they have not informed or communicated about the progress of the refund. The amount is around Rs. 7000 to 8000. Pls look into the matter as they are misusing and holding my money.
