I booked Air Ticket from IXB to DEL on 05 Nov 22. Tickets booked Order ID issued and amount deducted but PNR status was failed and no ticket generated. Order ID is 81677547. I contacted customer support. They told me that your ticket was not booked and refunded will be initiated in 1 or 2 days but no refund received even after two weeks. Now, I am trying to contact customer care daily but no one is responding. I mailed them twice but no response received. All contact details are frauds.
