I have been trying to claim my refund from this company but I am not able to get the money as they are constantly trying to avoid the claim stating that they did not get any credit from the respective airlines. I have got an email confirmation from the airlines who have also CC travolook and communicated that amount has already been credited in their account. Kindly request you to consider this as priority as I have been behind them for almost a month and I have been calling them emailing them but they are least bothered. Your kind consideration will surely be appreciated.
