This complaint is regarding a website Travolook where i had initiated booking of 1 flight ticket on 19th of March 2021 (ref no : REF165549977) . Immediately after booking they called me saying fare has changed. On denying to pay the differential charges and going ahead they mailed me that the ticket is cancelled and Rs 2780 would be refunded by 15 days. But no such refund is happening.
On mailing them again on Apr 6th, they replied on Apr 7th saying refund in 7-10 working days. But no such refund has come.
On going through different websites , I found out that this website has duped lots of people lot of money using this scheme and are frauds.
Request immediate help in this case.
