Hello,

I have ordered one item from flipkart on 13th Sep, got the message that i will get the delivery by 16th Sep but on 16th sep afternoon got the message that my item has been cancelled. Now they told me that i will get my refund by 24th Sep but i didnt got my refund after that they told me i will get my refund by 27th then also i didnt get my refund. They told me issue is with my bank i personally visited my bank and checked regarding this bank  told me there is no such transaction existed. Even there were lost of customers who were facing the  same issue with Flipkart.

Yesterday they asked me to share bank statements i shared the bank statements today now they are telling me that Seller has refunded the money and they cant do anything.

Flipkart your services sucks. You guys are stealing your customer money. You will never gonna grow you will be facing huge fallout very soon.

You have crossed my patience level. Will be definitely lodging a complaint against you in consumer forum and will surely ask for refund as well as compensation.
