I attempted to recharge jio No.7999692259 on 20April 2020 for Rs. 555 but attempt was unsuccessful and amount of Rs. 555 deducted from my bank A/c 05090100010542. In recharge failure message refund of amount is assured within 10 days but amount is not yet refunded. Please refund the amount.
