Text of Complaint by Sudheer Deshpande:

On 7.1.19, while booking tickets on IRCTC website  two transactions failed  An amount of rs 1987 was deducted from my bank of Baroda account. Inspite of repeated requests, mails and calls, the amount is still not refunded.
