Dear Sir,
I have booked a sofa cum bed on 10th June 2021 vide order number 1NSF398512133 and to be delivered at B53, Ministry of External Affairs Residential Complex, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi from Saraf Furniture, Ghitorni Office, New Delhi by Rs10,000 Cash Payment. I did the rest of the payment of Rs.29,591 online as per the invoice and demand sent by Saraf Furnitures to do the full payment. I was assured initially that I will receive it by 6th July 2021. Later on I was told that I will receive it by 20th July 2021. The date for the delivery of the product keeps on shifting which is recorded in my Email. When this undue delay happened, I wrote to Saraf Furniture to cancel my order and refund my money. My statement can be corroborated with the Email conversation in saraf, where they keep on shifting the date despite my full payment to them of Rs 39591/. Till date, they have not done the refund. I would be glad for your intervention in this regard. Thanks
