Text of Complaint by Priyanshi Raizada:

STITCHNEST Beige Geometrical Ikat Ethnic Printed Canvas Cotton Cushion Covers, Beige Set of 5 (16 x 16 Inches ) I ordered 2 quantity of this product. I have received the product on 2nd August 2022 but I didn’t liked the product so I returned it on 2nd August itself and the delivery guy picked it up on 3rd August 2022 but till date there is no update on the app it is still showing delivered I haven’t received the money back in my Amazon pay later I talked about it to customer service couple of days back she informed me she has confirmed it to the delivery guy that he has picked up the product and to wait for 48 hours but till date there is no update I haven’t received the money back and now I cannot connect with the customer service I tired so many times I want my money back it is not a small amount and why should I pay it when I haven’t kept the product
