I brought Thomson SMART TV model 9R pro 108 CM through flipkart on 27th july 2022 which was installed on 29th july 2022.
I was just shocked after watching its picture quality as its not ULTRA HD as described. Picture quality of TV is like HD ready. This is such a worst product i have ever seen and waste of money i have called customer service no of flipkart on same day of installation of tv for refund but they refused for refund because flipkart is selling cheap product for money only.
2. In view of above i am requesting you to refund my money by returning my product otherwise i would not have any option except to go consumer court for selling product by mentioning wrong description.
