Amount of Rs1000/- and Rs500/- was debited from my paytm account, vide
ORDER ID NO 6941729199573073920 DT 12/06/2022 at 06:03 pm for RS500/-
ORDER ID NO 6941728942724399104 DT12/06/2022 at 06:02 for RS 1000/-and credited to BHARATI AIRTEL LIMITED. On repeated calls and emails to BHARATI AIRTEL LIMITED confirmed the receipt of amount and finally they sent email, mentioning “SIR PAYMENT IS REFUNDED IN YOUR SOURCE ACCOUNT, PLEASE CHECK”.Till date the amount has not been refunded. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND STRUGGLE A LOT FOR MONEY .KINDLY HELP. If any proof is required I can submit.
