For the purpose of transporting my scooty from Ghaziabad to Haldwani, I searched online, where, a company named Logistic Mart whose website is www.logisticmart.com, provided the transport dealer’s contact number through sms. The transport dealer named Mr. Sanjay Singh( Shekhawat/ Kavya Cargo Packers and Movers) contacted my husband Mr. Abhay Verma and our deal for transportation was fixed at total of Rs. 2200/-. On 12.01.2022, the company’s person took away my scooty from Ghaziabad for transportation and my husband Mr. Abhay Verma paid his total money Rs.2200/-, but after taking my scooty, Mr. Sanjay did not give any information about my scooty that where it was. After asking him, the dealer Mr. Sanjay Singh sent a new bill of Rs. 7,787/- on 13.01.2022 without giving us any prior information. Therefore, we contacted the company, Logistic Mart, and also send an Email to return my scooty either at Ghaziabad or at my resident Haldwani because, the information about the new bill of Rs. 7,787/- which, the transporter has charged on 13.01.2022, should be given earlier at the time of fixing the deal i.e. on 11.01.2022.
After too many efforts by calling and sending emails to Logistic Mart and by calling the transporter, somehow, the transporter returned my scooty at Ghaziabad on 22.01.2022.
After returning my scooty, at least 5 days have been passed but the transporter has not refunded my money back i.e.Rs. 2200/-. In this reference, I have also sent emails to Logistic Mart and sent message to Mr. Sanjay through Whatsapp. But the company (Logistic Mart) is not responding to our emails and calls neither, the transporter is responding. It seems that they don’t have any intention to refund my money back, therefore, I am requesting you to help me in this matter.
