I had booked a fight ticket through travolook web site on date 11/05/2021.the transation was successful but the ticket were not booked and he did not got any PNR.Amount of Rs 3935 was deducted from my account but after some time they saying your ticket was cancelled and your money will be refunded 7 to 14 working days.Even after 30 days completed but he did not refunded my money still date. I had complained before some days but I did not submitted my transactions details.now he sent a message by mail to give my transactions details so I again retry.
