I had booked a flight ticket from jharsuguda to guwahati through trovolook website on date 11/05/2021 transactions Rs 3935/was successful and deducted from my account. But the ticket were not booked and he didnot got any PNR number.After some time they saying your ticket cancelled and your amount will be refund within 10 working days.Even 30 days completed but he didnot refund my money .I tried to contact the customer but he didnot pick up my phone.sir ..I request take necessary action and refund my money.
