I would like to update you that I have wrongly made a mobile recharge of 598 rupees in mobile no 7318308578 instead of 7318305878 initially because of which my additional 598rupees have been deducted from my account.
I request you to please kindly refund same/cancel transaction at your end at earliest because this Mobile no does not belong to me .
I have tried to contact your call centre but no is showing invalid.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest otherwise will be forced to escalate matter to higher authorities.
An early response will be highly appreciated.
