I have booked a flight ticket on 22nd Dec for Bhubaneswar to Delhi. I came across travolook site as they r claiming to have cheapest price. I booked a ticket for 3454 and suddenly they sent a msg via mail that my ticket got cancelled due to hike in pricing. I called their customer care then and they assured me get refunded within 10-15 working days but today it’s 7th Jan 2021. I haven’t received any amount neither they r responding to call. I have called many times to their customer care they not even picking their phone.
Now I have checked about travolook in quora…many have faced same problem as mine. The company strategically suckin money of innocent customer…need strict action against them even they r putting ads on Google.
