Hello I have ordered
HP 14s Core i3 10th Gen – (8 GB/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) 14s-cf3074TU Thin and Light Laptop with order ID OD221200370328988000 worth of ?Rs.36999
WHich is delivered on 14 march 2021 ,But Laptop is Missing..
when I informed there customer support team firstly they was asked me to share id proof and wait for 12 days .
Between this 12days they was asked me again share Alternate id proof with FIR consent letter for missing item
I sent all details on time But after time line has expired ,every time they has asked me to wait for new time ,
Approx 2 months I faced this situation countinuesly ,but No one has respond my emails
My issue is pending yet.
I request you please help me and check own your level and please provided my Refund
