I have taken jio fibre internet connection on 14aug but since evening of 14th it stopped working i have logged a complain on 15th engineer came and fixed in the afternoon but again it stopped working in the evening again i have logged complain but no one bother on calling numerous time engineering came again but refused to fix the issue and asked to cancel the plan/connection on 21st aug i have raised request to cancel the connection upon no response i have visited jio office at aditya mall but there no one was present to address my issue on shouting after 2 hrs one employee asked about issue but he said they have no received any cancellation request upon checking it was found that request was cancelled without my consent further they have to mark mail to them and on the basis of my mail they have again raised cancellation request on 30 aug but since then i not received my refund nor any contacted to tell how much amount i will receive and since then i am just following with no response
