On 22oct I had requested a jio fiber prepaid connection NO0000NBFZ6B and they came in the next day, very weird from the company that you don’t exchange money for services or product . They took the money 3536/- and then kept on pushing the date of installation.As we all know how difficult it is to live without internet I had to cancel the connection on 6th Nov and go about with different means to which I was promised 3days then suddenly 7 and now they just keep saying that they’ll resolve within 24 hrs and keep generating the tickets but with no resolution and most of the time they simply cut the call because I keep asking them valid questions to which they have very generic answer
Please get me my full refund with substantial amount Of compensation
