My service id of jio fiber de-activation is 299850065152. I apply for de-activation of jio fiber device on 17.01.2021. after that nobody from jio side took the jio fiber device. After this I’m continue talk to customer care representative and also contact with the mail id. But all efforts are in vain. During this period when I’m complaining they told me that rs 4500 has been refunded on 27.01.2021 to my account. But I paid Rs 1500 +1000(installation charges)=Rs 2500 then how can I get rs 4500. Therefore it is established that jio fiber provide worst service and it has complete failure system. Therefore it is my humble request to intervene in this matter and Refund the whole money Rs 2500 and provide compensation rs 10000/- for the mental agony.
