I am Dheeraj Meena , i bought my Jio fiber and get installed at my home on 3 July 2021 with the total cost of Rs2500.
After 24 days of one month free trial , i cancelled my connection and after that my jio Fiber device was picked up by an Engineer on 2 August 2021.
According to company policy i should have received my refund amount within two weeks , but i haven’t received my amount for next 14 days .
Then for that issue i had sent a complaint to company on 15 August 2021 and in reply the executive said that i will get the amount refunded in next 14 days .
But i didn’t received the refund after that time period again.
Then again i contacted the jio fiber care and again they said that it will be processed in next 14 days .
I think they are not trying to give my refund amount to me , they always just try to ignore my problem and said that wait more .
So after that i filled an complaint on National consumer helpline .
Complaint number was : 2934041
Then in reply company executives again said that they will give the refund in next 20 days .
I am now very much worrying for my installation charges refund because according to company policy after some days i will not be able to get my installation charges refund, and the way company is not giving me refund and passing it for next more days , i think they will not give me .
I am very disappointed and sad and now i am very worry about my refund and looks like that company is not in mood to give me refund.
So please look into this issue and solve it . My last hope is here only.
