As per Jio Fiber is you installation will be done within 60 days, you will get refund of deposit amount & installation charges.
I have taken a Jio Fibre connection under a scheme of one month free. Due to connectivity issues I have given service request on 27.05.2021 – Service no SR00001539FL for uninstallation that is within 60days. (31st day after installation)
JIO fibre has delayed my uninstallation request & rescheduled by week. This happened three to four weeks. This was done by Jio Fibre intentionally as after 60 days from installation if they take the instrument then they do not have to refund installation charges. They have given me deposit charges but not given installation charges. I have all requested details which they have delayed.
