Hi, My name is pranshu awasthi and my Landline number is 02046910563. Registered mobile number is 9958211399.
The disconnection request was raised by me on 2nd Oct due to poor service from airtel. The executive informed me that INR 3649.74 will be refunded within 45 days.
I am following up for past 3 weeks but Airtel is not paying my money back though its system shows a credit amout on my account.
Can you please help me get me money refunded.
