Text of Complaint by Shanthi V:

I wanted to get airtel broadband connectivity and hence paid an amount of Rs. 1768/- on 26th May 2021. After which your personnel came and inspected my premises on 28th May 2021 and said that connectivity is not available in my street and hence the amount of Rs. 1768/- paid would be refunded within 8 working days. But till date I have not received my money back. I have attached the sms received from Airtel.

I was coordinating with one of Airtel’s employees Mr. Anand and his contact number is 9500990603. But off late he is not attending my calls.

Request you to consider my complaint as priority and do the needful for airtel to refund my money immediately.

I again want to stress the fact that I wanted to get Airtel Broadband connectivity. But Airtel only did not provide the connectivity stating it is not possible for my street, In fact I am put up at Pappanaiyakenpalayam, which is at the heart of Coimbatore city. To be more precise, I am just 500 meters behind Airtel office at Avinashi Road, Pappanaiyakenpalayam.
It is totally disheartening to see the irresponsible way Airtel is behaving. Why should I lose my money when there is absolutely no fault on my side?
Hope proper action is taken at your end for me to get my money back.
