I booked my goair ticket from Patna to Bangalore for 4/06/2023. The flight got cancelled and a request for refund was raised forgoing the fact that last moment cancellation of the flight caused lot of inconvenience as I was traveling with my family ( 4 members). It is been more than 3 months I’m still waiting for my refund amount inspite of having spoken to Make my trip (MMT) multiple times. Being middle class person i can’t be peaceful when my money is stuck somewhere for so long. It’s a request to please make the refunds at the earliest. We as passengers are penalised for no fault of ours. My ticket details are as under:
