I have booked ticket on 16Mar20 for my mother and my daughter vide
PNR EY8GQD date of journey 16th April. I have mailed many a times to go airways regarding refund of amount directly in A/C not as a credit shell, as per DGCA guidelines.I have also tweeted and got the response that they cannot refund the money however they will refund as a credit shell which will have the validity upto 31Dec20 or for a year.
So I request you to kindly register the case for remittance of amount as per the original mode of payment as soon as possible.
