We have booked flight tickets in Make My Trip (MMT) to & fro from Hyderabad to Port Blair with PNR/Booking Ref.: JGSCGP & CHTN5J. We cancelled the tickets due to Covid-19 Pandemic. During cancellation, we were informed refund amount as Rs. 25384 but only Rs 11622 was credited in ICICI account thus losing Rs. 13762.
