It’s been around 2 months, my ticket was cancelled stating the reason for the fair expiration. Since then I have called customer care many times but I received only the false promises that my money will be refunded within 2-4 working days. The money has not been refunded yet. I have already completed 5-6 cycles of promises of money being refunded. The act has mentally disturbed me as well. Due to frustration, when i use to shout on call, the representative use to drop the call.

You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
