Text of Complaint by John Weslee:

Sir,
I have booked tickets(Details given below) by Spicejet through IRCTC. As the Flights rescheduled, i had to cancel my tickets and rebooked ticket by other airlines. It is very disheartening for me, after one month of cancellation of my flight tickets. I hadnt received Flight ticket Refund, despite calling spicejet customer care regularly. There is no help. I have paid the tickets from credit card. As you know in the month end, I had to repay the bills. Due to your inefficient customer service or something I have to burn my pockets. Spicejet customer care can’t take my request to send the refund confirmation mail (required for mailing IRCTC that spicejet has refunded) to me. I have to run around Spicejet and IRCTC for my refund. Please advise how many days I have to wait for my refund. It seems that Spicejet is looting people like me. Is there any provision i can take up the case for escalation. The amount of ticket fares totals about 35000/- which is not a small amount. Kindly notify me for further action.
