I have booked flight on 12 June 2021 from Delhi to Bangalore through Flipkart, flight was Vistara airline. At the time of booking I have made the payment through Google pay, payment was done but then error came so my flight was not booked. The I called to Flipkart travel customer care. Agent told me sir due to flight full or any other reason your flight will not be booked, You booked other flight he clearly mentioned these words. The I book my other flight through other travel agency. Then after one mail came my flight was confirmed, then I called customer care again they told me sorry sir our travel agent had given you wrong information and he also mentioned that in our record. We will help you out in your refund. From that I’m calling again and again but I haven’t got my refund. Please look into this matter. And take against this type of fraud.
