i booked a flight Bengaluru to Kolkata on 15th Mar22 which reference no.is 134504476 but ticket was not confirmed and got message that your money will be credited to your account within 7-10 working day but till the date it is not done and whenever i call get same message from costumer care 50 days gone but I could not get my money. Please solve this and get my refund completed. Thank you sir for your kind co operation and necessary action.
