Dear Sir,
Delhi based builder DELHI INFRATECH LTD.(CIN No.U70200DL2010PLC199170) cheated me on the pretext of getting me Flat at L zone Dwarka,delhi,Project name is DELHI GATE.
My Husband was in touch with Virendra contact details – 9999155200 and 9999155321
In September 2018 after lot of discussion with Virender we decided to book flat with delhi infratech we have to pay the booking amount of 6,31,900 but when we are going to book the flat we started getting call s from unknown number that this is not good deal so we cancelled our booking
Then virender call my Husband Joginder singh and convinced him to book the flat at INR 21,000 and we book the flat at that amount
On 6 October 2020 my husband met with Lalit Gera and he requested him to cancel the booking and refund the amount of INR 21,000
Since that day we were trying to reach Mr. Lalit Gera and Mr Virendra but neither of them answering my calls and not reply whatsapp message
Request you please register my complaint and help me to recover my INR 21,000 from Delhi Infratech Limited
