Same problem the amity university Noida is not following ugc guidelines for fee refund. I have deposited 168000/- and only 20000/- is refunded. I have taken money from market and paying heavy interest on that it is henceforth prayed that please refund my balance amount and oblige.

Because as per UGC guidelines published on August 2nd, 2022, they must refund full amount deducting not more than Rs. 1000 as processing fee, if student cancels his/her admission before December 31st, 2022.
