- On 02/06/2019 I was recharging my JIOFI number 9877521823 for plan of Rs.399/- but due to some technical snag the transaction failed ay their end my credit card was debited for Rs.399 and amount was credited to Jio money Mumbai vide transaction no.469153136827912 auth.code NC0486. Despite writing time and again I have got no positive response from Jio till now and feel very dismayed at non cooperative attitude of such a big telecom company in India.
