Text of Complaint by MD MEHEDI IMAM:

Yesterday I deposited a GRN fee of Rs 1200 from Paytm Wallet to sbi epay. The money has been deducted from the wallet and the payment looks successful.

Details of payment :-

Wallet transaction id – 31194075274 & BRN/ORDER id – 6376531065916 dt 19.09.2020 , 10.47pm amount ₹1200.

But this payment was not successful, I checked and saw that this payment is showing failure on SBI epay.

But despite the passage of 24 hours, I did not get my money back. Please arrange a refund so I can deposit the fee.

    Details of payment :-

    Wallet transaction id – 33121036077 & ORDER id – 4666248106235 dt 01.03.2021 , 10.44pm amount ₹17274.

    But this payment was not successful, I checked and saw that this payment is showing failure on SBI epay.

    But despite the passage of 13th day, I did not get my money back. Please arrange a refund so I can deposit the fee.
