When I made Advance Payment for my New Airtel Fibre Connection (044 43159329)on 17-02-20, The payment was made to my the cancelled Airtel number.
Customer complaint made to 121@in.airtel.com on 18-June-2020 along with the Payment receipt and the Bank Statement. Request was made to either refund the Amount of Rs.2757 or Transfer the amount to my active Fibre Connection with Landline number 044 43159329 in the name of my wife Nirmala N
No action taken till date and request for making payment for the new connection received.
Kindly help us to resolve the issue with Airtel
