Text of Complaint by Sunil Chaudhary:

I ordered medicine and payment made through UPI but on the website the message displayed “Transaction failed”, so i tried again and the result was same.

Third time i used netbanking and made the payment. Again the message was same.

I checked and found thet all payment was valid.

I asked for refund but after 45 days no refund and three time case was lodged. No proper communication. Case id is 51259218, 51184071, 51113159.
