I regret to report the issue of refund which is pending for over a year. The mail communications with jio from the year 2018 ( Aug 18 2018) is herewith enclosed.
As i had to travel abroad during the year 2018 and since i preferred using using jio , I paid an excess amount of Rs 4000/ as CREDIT LIMIT ENHANCEMENT along with the international roaming plan as I din’t want the line to be disconnected for want of funds during my stay.
however on my return I found that my call rates were well within the choosen pack .
subsequently I asked for the refund of the said CREDIT LIMIT ENHANCEMENT AMOUNT paid by me.
I was told by the customer care that the refund would be possible only on closure of post paid account. hence I migrated from post paid to prepaid during August 2018.
From then I have been communicating through mail ( text enclosed) .
The issue is still pending .
I KINDLY REQUEST TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION PLEASE.

Im surprised to hear from you.
I presume you must have gone through my previous mails dated back to Sep 12 2018 .
If so what should be your reason to state that the refund will be in 30 working days from 12.05.2019 and what was your team involved with this refund form the said date.
The UNDER PROCESS as mentioned by you team is frustrating.
You would be aware of the terms and conditions of JIO on the refund which is 60 working days . I don’t know which 60 working days is from 12 September 2018.
Is JIO working to the standards of performance ?

- It will be adjusted against the outstanding or paid out in form of a cheque/e-refund at the time of number cancellation or migrating from Postpaid to Prepaid
- It may take up to 60 days from the date of disconnection, for the customer to receive the refund cheque/e-refund
