By mistake on 9th of April I recharged a unlimited call pack from my vodafone prepaid mobile number 9349806665 using the application. Actually I was trying to recharge a unlimited pack of Rs.399 to one of my another vodafone number 9496319838 . But fortunately that amount also gone to the same number 9349806665. Infact the 9349806665 had been charged for Rs399 (84 days) only 10 days before. Therefore I requested one of your customer care executive to transfer the amount to 9496319838, But she told it is not possible and it will be kept in your account as balance.
But the funny part of it is now my balance is now found ony Rs.237/- I remember once I transfered Rs.30/- using the application to my mobile 9496319838 because the outgoing is already over. now although there is balance in my phone number 9496319838, out going is barred.
Another interesting thing is that today I charged to my mobile No.9349806665 for Rs.16/- (data fore 24 hours) through net banking. But I got a message that Rs.16/- has been again deducted from my balance.. So here also duplicate chargeing took place.
On 9th when I asked for refund of my money which wrongly charged to my mobile 9349806665, the vodafone executive booked a complaind (ref no. 4-30651080920 date 9th april) and I got a message also but sofar no action took place.
In short, there is total problem in vodafone connection. All these can be explained only to a person to check and solve. But that also not possible no one is lifting or answering phone.
Very pathetic situation with vodafone. Could you find any solution for it at least now?
today I charged through SBI netbanking for Rs.16/- that also lost. Please see below the bank transaction details for which I paid.

Vodafone is only interested in taking money not ready to refund what is with them due to customer.. Is there any responsible person to deal with and settle this ? If so, I will be happy. Thank you.
