I am a JIO customer and my number is 7006514286 since last two years. Due to an oversight I I paid a sum of Rs 1241/- to jio account, but jio authorities are not interested to either refunding my money or adjusting that to for future recharges. My request is to if refund is not possible arrange to adjust for future recharges as they are not offering any interest on the amount.
