Sir/Mam, I have recharged of amount Rs. 399/- through Paytm app on 06 Sep 20. Recharge not done but the amount has been created in postpaid account. When I called to customer care, she said to me for waiting for 10 days and also she ensured me that this amount will be refunded to me by 16th Sep 20. But the amount still not credited in my account i.e. paytm/bank account. Kindly do the needful.
