I had shown interest in booking a 2 BHK. I paid 1 lakh rupees. They said it is non refundable. I agreed. Subsequently, I confirmed if there is a problem with loan application, I will ask for a full refund which they agreed. I have written email proof of that.
Now with my loan application, my home branch has declined to give a loan, so I asked for a refund but they are not giving it back.
The sales rep had lied to me many times about the availability of inventory. My turdt with Godrej Woodsville is very low. The sales rep is completely dishonest person.
