But by mistake we had paid the stamp duty twice i.e. for RS.44000 and from that time my father is trying to get back the additional money but there is no response from your side. Now my father has died recently so I am requesting you to pay the the sum of 44000 as that will help us further.

1) From the starting of April 2018 I am approaching to the office meeting the concern persons and even the SDM Rajeev Kumar several times but no response Is coming from the department and the most shocking reply they give me is that “We are unable to find the file tell us what to do “. This reply they give every time if you are in the department then you are knowing that how to do I am no one to tell you how to do and I have been whatsapp the pics of stamp paper still no reply .

2)  I had also given them application to look through my matter (attaching the picture) but still there is no response no reply to my application

3) The staff is very irresponsible in the staff there is Mr.Chirag who had taken 2months for finding the file but I am dam sure he haven’t done something because on calling him for asking status he always tell me to call after few days to remind him and at last when he coiuldn’t find any excuse he told me that file is not with us.

4) SDM Sh Rajeev Kumar founds me rarely in the office and by chance if met then no good response from him side.

I request you to please look to my matter its my money from 2011. I am seriously done with the department they are not helping me in any case .I request you to please look to it so that I can got my refund as soon as possible

I am attaching the correct and incorrect scanned copies of e-stamp receipt that we had paid twice.
